You'll manage high-volume inbound leads from SMBs in North America, driving Enterprise plan adoption and contract-based growth. Your core impact will be closing transactional Enterprise deals and converting monthly self-service customers to annual contracts. - Close transactional Enterprise Plan deals with clear scope and urgency
- Convert monthly self-service customers into annual contracts
- Qualify or disqualify high-volume inbound leads from SMBs
- Generate influenced revenue via website chat oversight
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of tech sales experience (AE, Sales Specialist, or strong BDR path)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tooling
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
