💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Cloud Services team at NICE Actimize, leading end-to-end business development and consultative services for financial crime solutions. You'll drive business transformation and increase adoption of Actimize technologies, delivering measurable impact through our Business Consulting methodology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive growth opportunities for Cloud Services and support go-to-market strategies
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead and manage consulting engagements across global teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of business consulting experience in financial crime
• Subject matter expertise in financial crime, performance management, and business analysis
• Proven business development experience with services-led solutions
• Professional compliance qualification from ICA or CAMS is a must

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA/MSc preferred
• Familiarity with Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, or Fraud Detection
• Expertise in database operations and SQL
