You'll join AHEAD as a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer focused on SecOps & IRM, collaborating with account teams to design and sell complex solutions. You'll drive technical pre-sales, architecture, and thought leadership for a hybrid-based role in Chicago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and architect ServiceNow SecOps/IRM solutions for clients
• Support sales teams with technical proposals and customer engagements
• Complete pre-sales documentation and qualify sales opportunities
• Mentor entry-level team members and travel up to 30%

📋 Requirements

• Expertise as a consultant in pre-sales and solution development
• ServiceNow SecOps/IRM module knowledge
• ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

• ServiceNow certifications and accreditations
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Tanium, Atlassian, Splunk
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, jQuery
