This strategic and hands-on role involves defining how our brand shows up in the world, from establishing new design patterns to reimagining our visual identity for the next phase of growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years in brand design or art direction
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking and system design
• Deep expertise in typography, color, composition
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Brex's brand identity system
• Define and maintain brand standards
• Translate company strategy into visual direction
• Design new brand expressions and lead campaigns
• Art direct brand work and provide guidance
