Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing up to 70 frontline associates and at least 5 leads. Your role focuses on maintaining quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning
• Participate in development and execution of strategic plans
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance standards
• Maintain supervisory staff through recruiting, training, and performance management
