Your work will directly improve how sales, CS, and marketing teams adopt core tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong. This role offers high visibility into major enablement programs and product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support strategic initiatives by gathering requirements and testing system updates
• Maintain data quality and consistent processes across revenue systems
• Develop and update training materials, documentation, and playbooks
• Assist in rolling out new tools and coordinating enablement sessions

📋 Requirements

• Basic understanding of business workflows and process improvement
• Proficiency in interpreting data and creating actionable insights
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams
