💼 About This Role

You'll lead M&A transactions and business development for middle market companies at a rapidly growing consultancy backed by New Mountain Capital. You'll report directly to the IB Practice Leader and shape the firm's M&A practice. This role offers direct exposure to firm leadership and significant impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of M&A deliverables for middle market companies
• Develop new client relationships and sell engagements
• Review financial statements, build models, and conduct due diligence
• Negotiate and document transactions

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of middle market investment banking experience
• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
• Series 79, 63 and 24 FINRA license or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Located in or willing to relocate to one of the listed cities
