Responsibilities
- Champion safety-first culture and conduct daily inspections
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, BRC standards; collaborate on root cause analyses
- Plan production schedules, allocate resources, maintain 85% floor presence
- Lead shift huddles, coach team, address performance issues
- Prepare shift reports and ensure clear handovers
