🎯 What You'll Do

• Own creative vision and execution across all channels
• Manage and mentor a high-performing design team
• Direct external agency and production vendor relationships
• Produce polished design work from concept to final deliverable

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• At least 2 years leading a design team
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity and multi-channel design

• Motion graphics, video production, or animation experience
• Direct experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech marketing
