💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, a company that donates meals to Feeding America with every purchase. You'll help train new team members, manage daily operations, and drive sales targets while fostering a collaborative environment. This part-time role offers a chance to combine fandom with philanthropy in a fun retail setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Support planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
