💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to provide an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact includes training new recruits, managing daily operations, and meeting sales targets. This role combines leadership responsibilities with customer engagement at a mission-driven retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Step in to cover sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
