Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative or project management experience in a startup environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong time management skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, wage regulations, and required postings
  • Maintain audit-ready employee files and HRIS data integrity
  • Partner with HRBP to manage investigations and performance improvement plans
  • Execute seamless onboarding and manage lifecycle changes
  • Serve as primary resource for employee inquiries on benefits and policies
