You'll ensure the CEO focuses on high-leverage work while managing cross-functional projects. This role offers deep exposure to building a high-growth company as a trusted extension of the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure CEO focuses on highest-leverage work
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
• Track progress across teams and proactively unblock issues
• Prepare materials for executive, board, and investor discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar
• Proven ability to drive high-impact initiatives independently
• Strong analytical skills with business data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills with executives and teams
