💼 About This Role

You'll inspect and repair composite wind turbine components like blades and nacelles for a leading asset management company. Your work ensures safe and efficient turbine operation across North America. This role involves 100% travel to various wind farm sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and document composite blade damage
• Perform coating and structural repairs on blades
• Modify and repair fiberglass and carbon fiber materials
• Maintain documentation using computer-based tools

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with composite materials
• Familiarity with internal and external adhesive bonding
• Understanding of mixed ratios for repair chemicals
• Ability to climb wind turbines at least 300 feet

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience repairing leading edge and trailing edge cracks
• Knowledge of WDI/TWP work instructions
• Ability to read electrical schematic drawings
