🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example in customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
• Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Participate in back of house flow for order fulfillment.
• Support merchandising and fixture maintenance standards.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to connect authentically and warmly with all customers.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and style customers.
• Ability to meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT.
