💼 About This Role

You'll join the core team to build the backbone of care delivery for an AI-native health system serving older adults. You'll design workflows and lead cross-functional projects to scale operations 10x. This is a founding-level role with direct impact on clinical outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize care delivery workflows to scale 10x
• Own key operational metrics like retention, NPS, and clinical outcomes
• Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for program impact
• Collaborate with engineering on product features for care coordination

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of owning and moving KPIs materially
• First-principles problem-solving approach
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
