💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale Polygon Labs' revenue organisation as they move all money onchain, turning founder-led momentum into a scalable revenue engine by owning enterprise sales and strategic collaborations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale global revenue organisation across enterprise sales and customer expansion
• Define commercial strategy for ICP prioritisation, pricing, and pipeline quality
• Establish frameworks for deal quality and long-term customer value
• Build commercial cadence including pipeline governance and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• Experience building revenue operating systems in high-growth tech/payments/fintech
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and belief in onchain payments
• Track record leading enterprise sales cycles with global organisations
• Strong commercial judgment balancing short-term vs long-term value
