You'll manage enterprise IT helpdesk operations and provide end-user support while maintaining system reliability and security. You'll handle endpoint management, identity management, and cloud technologies to ensure a stable IT environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for employees
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dell/Mac laptops
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Okta
• Administer Windows Servers and Linux systems
• Perform software deployment and patch management

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT/System Administration experience
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration
• Knowledge of ManageEngine Desktop Central or similar endpoint management

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Okta or identity management
• Experience with Jamf or VMware
• Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT
