💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities. You'll make an impact through evaluations and therapeutic interventions for speech and swallowing difficulties. This per diem role offers flexibility and support from a leading home health agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA
• Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA or equivalent educational requirements
• Solid computer skills for documentation using a touch pad tablet
