💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at the Midland Theater, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment from entry to exit. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic live entertainment venue supporting over 160 million guests annually.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to key areas.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entrance.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption for safety.
• Seat guests, assist ADA patrons, and handle complaints.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
