You'll lead Verto's Middle Office function, managing treasury and FX trade risk to support global cross-border payments. You'll own risk frameworks and settlement processes for a fast-growing fintech. You'll collaborate with trading, finance, and product teams to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct global payment liquidity and treasury strategy.
• Design and implement FX trade risk management policies.
• Oversee daily customer funds safeguarding and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Middle Office Analyst team.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in Middle Office or Treasury in fintech/payments.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Mastery of FX concepts (Spot, Forward, Swaps).
• Deep understanding of operational and market risks.
