You'll partner with the CEO and executive team to map critical workflows and reimagine them for the AI era. You'll own a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives leveraging tools like Claude and Glean. This role leads a small team of AI Automation Specialists and connects strategy, operations, and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map current workflows across key business areas like Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Redesign workflows to be AI-first using agents and automation
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and pilot phases to validate new workflows
• Define success metrics and ensure each initiative has measurable outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting or similar strategic transformation role
• Proven track record in process mapping or large-scale business transformation
• AI native daily user of tools like Claude, Glean, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in real business workflows
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and modern SaaS tooling
• Bilingual in French and English
