You'll manage HR and recruiting operations for a fast-growing AI company, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, and employee support. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR tasks including payroll and benefits administration.
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, scheduling.
• Facilitate onboarding logistics for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing and negotiating.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
