You'll lead the DevOps team to build infrastructure and tooling that lets engineers ship faster and safer. You'll drive adoption of self-serve infrastructure across a high-growth energy tech company. Your work will directly impact reliability and developer velocity in a mission-critical industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive adoption of team deliverables across engineering teams
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into backlog items
• Lead the team's delivery by prioritizing and managing capacity
• Set technical direction for infrastructure and security

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Staff or Senior DevOps/Platform/Infrastructure Engineer in high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in managing distributed microservice event-driven architectures
• Strong AWS experience and familiarity with serverless (Lambda, API Gateway)
• Scripting skills in Python, Node.js, or Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on Python or Node.js beyond scripting
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt)
• Experience building internal developer platforms
