💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across APAC, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing. You'll build out Postman's commercial presence in the region while working closely with regional and global leadership. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy for a fast-growing API platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across APAC
• Partner with APAC GTM leaders to align talent strategy
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for APAC markets
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout process
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions with organization

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 5-6 years focused on GTM/commercial roles in APAC
• Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets
• Experience recruiting for a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proficiency in sourcing across APAC channels

✨ Nice to Have

• Network in the GTM/SaaS space in APAC
• Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby ATS
• Data-literate with pipeline tracking skills
