• Lead day-to-day office operations including food, badge access, and janitorial services
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional workplace service and hospitality
• Support office initiatives, tenant improvements, and local space strategy
• Select and manage third-party providers such as food services and security

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of office environment experience with employee experience success
• Cross-functional leadership strength to extract great outcomes
• Experience identifying and leading outsourced providers
• Ability to work full-time from Detroit office five days per week
