💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for a rapidly scaling global company across US, Australia, and international locations. You'll collaborate with HR and PEO partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth transitions as we expand into new markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle through PEO partners
• Maintain employee data in PEO including onboarding and changes
• Review timesheets, PTO, overtime before PEO submission
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries in NetSuite

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US and international payroll administration via PEO
• Hands-on experience with major PEO providers like ADP, Vensure, Insperity, etc.
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws (federal, state, local)
• Experience with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations
