• Hire, mentor, and manage senior individual contributors.

• Collaborate with Product and Design to balance technical debt and feature delivery.
• Scale the team and contribute to long-term engineering strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 3–5 years as a high-performing individual contributor.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and technical trade-offs.
• Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and solving problems through people first.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in agriculture or building financial/fintech products.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, GCP.
