You will transform advertiser briefs and RFPs into insight-driven proposals that help Kargo's sales team win. You'll build pitch materials, learning agendas, and sales collateral, ensuring our value proposition stands out. This role is critical to moving from generic decks to compelling, revenue-driving presentations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related field (including internships)
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills for polished presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Strong written communication and narrative-building skills
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and emerging media trends

Responsibilities

  • Build compelling, insight-driven proposals from advertiser briefs and RFPs
  • Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral that reflect product offerings
  • Design research-backed learning agendas and measurement plans for top-tier clients
  • Translate product knowledge into clear, accurate sales narratives
  • Produce outbound-ready materials like trend reports and creative hooks
