• Define and execute investor relations and strategic finance narrative

• Build and optimize financial and operating models across business lines
• Lead corporate development initiatives including acquisitions and partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in investor relations, corporate development, or strategic finance
• Proven ability to shape value-creation narratives for investors and boards
• Strong background in corporate development, M&A, or capital markets
• Executive presence with ability to influence at board and investor level

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
