You'll develop and scale training programs for Dandy's support teams, bridging dental expertise with frontline execution. Your work will directly improve agent quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment. This role offers the chance to shape global enablement as the company expands.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop modular new hire and upskill training programs
  • Facilitate live and async learning experiences for agents
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate product updates into agent-friendly guides
  • Identify and drive process improvements for agent and customer experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years in enablement, L&D, or internal training
  • 5+ years dental or clinical experience developing training on digital workflows
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a learning program end-to-end

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer service and LMS platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Absorb)
  • Proven ability to scale training globally across languages and cultures
  • Previous experience in Quality management or QA process development
