💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic People Partner to Ro's Pharmacy and Logistics leadership, driving talent strategies for a vertically integrated healthcare platform. You'll coach managers on performance and employee relations, ensuring alignment with business goals in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align people strategies with operational objectives for pharmacy functions.
• Coach managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Lead employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Analyze employee data to develop proactive solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of HR/People Partner experience.
• Support for operations, warehouse, or frontline teams.
• Strong experience in employee relations and performance enablement.
• Willingness to travel 10 times per year to pharmacy sites.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmacy or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations or workplace safety programs.
• Experience with UKG HRIS system.

🚩 Heads Up
