💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technology advocate for identity solutions and SaaS integrations in a fast-growing sports company, turning manual tasks into automated workflows. You'll be the face of IT for a fully distributed team, ensuring seamless onboarding and device management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as initial contact for hardware, software, and access requests.
• Build automations using Okta Workflows, n8n, OpenAI, and Claude.
• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Manage Mac and Windows device lifecycle through Kandji and Jumpcloud MDM.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years hands-on IT Support or Systems Administration experience.
• Extensive experience administering Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
• Working experience with macOS and Windows device management via MDM.
• Experience building automations with Okta Workflows, Bash/Python, and APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CrowdStrike or similar security tooling.
• Familiarity with Linear, Freshservice, or Jira.
• Experience with identity governance concepts (least privilege, RBAC).
