You'll lead and coach a team of Account Executives driving AI solutions adoption in mid-sized law firms. Your core impact will be achieving ambitious ARR targets through net new and expansion deals. You'll also refine sales playbooks and build best-in-class processes.

  • Lead a team of Mid Market software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
  • Manage and report on book of business, including forecasting and pipeline.
  • Recruit and hire new team members.
  • Coach and develop Account Executives for career growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of tech sales experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
