You'll lead and coach a team of Account Executives driving AI solutions adoption in mid-sized law firms. Your core impact will be achieving ambitious ARR targets through net new and expansion deals. You'll also refine sales playbooks and build best-in-class processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Mid Market software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
- Manage and report on book of business, including forecasting and pipeline.
- Recruit and hire new team members.
- Coach and develop Account Executives for career growth.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of tech sales experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
