Description

As a Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang, you'll be the first point of contact after the sales process, guiding new clients through the conversion of donor data from their current systems into Bloomerang. You'll manage a full project load, facilitate check-in calls, and partner with technical teams to ensure on-time deliverables and best practices for fundraising success.

Requirements

• Project management experience (preferably external client-facing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data migration and/or conversion experience at a SaaS company
• Technical skills (familiar with relational tables and databases)
• Nonprofit knowledge (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the conversion journey
• Manage a full project load of clients, ensuring on-time deliverables
• Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings during each conversion phase
• Partner with technical teams to identify and resolve data anomalies
• Evaluate, document, and escalate client issues throughout the process
