In this second-in-command role, you will lead by example, drive leasing and resident retention, manage financial tasks like rent collection and delinquency, and ensure impeccable community standards. You'll step up when the General Manager is absent and work weekends to connect with prospective residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Exposure to rent collection, budgets, and accounts receivable
• Proficient with social media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Outstanding communication skills

• Contribute to financial objectives by collecting rent and managing delinquency
• Achieve occupancy through informative tours and new leases
