• Inspire and hold team accountable for NOI, occupancy, and sales goals.
• Manage resident satisfaction, work orders, and lease renewals.
• Lead marketing efforts and sales pipeline for rentals and home sales.
• Oversee budget, expenses, and rent collection to maintain positive NOI.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
