Description

You will design, build, and scale world-class onboarding programs for Sales and Pre-Sales teams at NICE, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and deliver customer value. You'll own the global onboarding strategy, create role-based learning journeys, and lead a high-impact team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, or L&D in enterprise SaaS or AI
  • Proven success designing and scaling onboarding programs tied to revenue impact
  • Experience supporting Sales and Pre-Sales or technical GTM roles
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical and operational skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global onboarding strategy aligned to growth and revenue goals
  • Design scalable, role-based onboarding programs for Sales and Pre-Sales
  • Own design and continuous evolution of structured learning paths and certification milestones
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing onboarding team of 2-4 professionals
  • Define and track onboarding success metrics (time to productivity, quota attainment, etc.)
