💼 About This Role

You'll oversee overnight building operations for Clutch's facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of critical infrastructure. Your work directly supports Canada's largest online used car retailer as it rapidly scales its physical footprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks via work order system
• Monitor HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Coordinate after-hours contractors and emergency vendors

📋 Requirements

• College diploma or trade certification in Building Operations, Mechanical Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in building operations or industrial maintenance
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience working independently on night shifts
