🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas across web and mobile.
• Extend and evolve our design system to balance consistency and creativity.
• Translate complex telecom concepts into intuitive workflows and crisp UI.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to ship.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer-grade products.
• Strong product sense and ability to make trade-offs that deliver impact.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across founders, PMs, engineers.
• Fluency in Figma and familiarity with implementation constraints.
