As a PRN/Interim LNHA, you will lead day-to-day operations across multiple Otterbein Neighborhoods and Communities in Ohio, ensuring compliance and high-quality person-centered care. This flexible role offers variety, travel up to 100% with lodging provided, and the potential to transition into a permanent leadership position.

Requirements

• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license
• Bachelor's degree in Health/Long-Term Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field
• At least three years of long-term care administrator experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work across multiple locations and support transitions
