You will partner closely with prospects to uncover their needs, frame the right solution, and demonstrate the unique value of Coveo's Service Knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor on AI-powered digital transformation.

Requirements

• 6+ years as Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant)
• Experience supporting CX, customer service, or knowledge management use cases
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models
• Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience with APIs
• Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective customers in understanding and evaluating Coveo's Service Knowledge solutions
• Conduct deep technical discovery to assess fit and capture requirements
• Build and deliver tailored demos highlighting differentiators and business value
• Lead technical components of Proofs of Concept and own RFIs/RFPs
• Act as trusted advisor on AI-powered digital transformation
