Description
You will lead the design and deployment of advanced forecasting and optimization models that power Spring Health's precision care routing systems. You'll define the analytical direction for allocating care resources and predicting demand, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to shape data-driven care delivery.
Requirements
- 4-6 years professional experience in data science or machine learning
- Deep proficiency in Python and SQL with production-grade code
- Expertise in time series forecasting, predictive modeling, and causal inference
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models with AWS SageMaker and MLOps
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact data science projects from problem framing to deployment
- Develop and maintain advanced forecasting and routing algorithms with robustness and scalability
- Define technical direction for data science initiatives in Forecasting and Routing domain
- Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous operational needs into data products
- Champion MLOps best practices including monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD
