You'll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from food procurement to staffing. You'll build next-generation forecasting capabilities while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate. This hybrid role offers the chance to transform a legacy planning function into a unified data-driven global system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and validation
• Develop forecasting models in Python using statistical and ML techniques
• Design dashboards and automated reports in Tableau or Power BI
• Own daily and weekly demand plans for European markets

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in SQL with complex queries (joins, window functions, CTEs)
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and forecasting
• 4+ years in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analytics
• Experience with forecasting techniques and accuracy metrics like MAPE

• E-commerce, food retail, or FMCG experience
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Familiarity with project tools like JIRA or Confluence
