💼 About This Role

You'll own customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal for Coframe's AI Growth Engineer platform. You'll drive adoption and measurable ROI for customers and serve as the voice of the customer internally. This role offers a chance to build the CS function from scratch at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Lead onboarding, business reviews, and drive product adoption
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to prioritize feedback
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of strong retention and expansion
  • Ability to quantify customer value and build ROI narratives
  • Technical fluency in A/B testing and AI-driven experimentation
