📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proficiency in dealership accounting software (CDK/ADP preferred)

• CPA or CMA certification
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
