Description

You will own the product strategy for the Marketplace, a two-sided platform connecting creators and consumers, and drive the vision for self-expression and shopping on Roblox. Working with engineers, designers, and data scientists, you'll balance the needs of both sides using data and research to inform decisions and ship user-centric products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping high-quality experiences for two-sided ecosystems
• Proven track record building consumer products powered by machine learning (search/recommendation)
• Degree in technical or applied quantitative field (ML, Statistics, CS, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Interdisciplinary experience with analytics, business development, PR, marketing
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and ship user-centric products on Marketplace for consumers and creators
• Engage with the community to understand needs and partner with engineers, designers, data scientists
• Balance needs of a two-sided Marketplace using data and research
• Defend product decisions against skeptics and adapt based on feedback
• Help build the future of self-expression and shopping on Roblox
