You'll manage restaurant customers in the UK, helping them engage and find value from Flipdish products. Your core impact will be to expand revenue potential through feature optimization and product adoption. This role stands out for its focus on the hyper-growth environment of a unicorn startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage UK restaurant customers to drive engagement and value
• Collaborate with Activations and Sales teams for smooth onboarding
• Identify and refer upsell opportunities for Flipdish products
• Interpret data to drive action for at-risk customers

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing a large book of business in Customer Success or Sales
• Proven track record in minimizing customer churn
• Results-focused with a can-do attitude and team player mindset
• Comfortable using data to make decisions
