💼 About This Role

You'll lead SEC financial reporting for a rapidly growing fintech company using blockchain technology. You'll drive compliance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and file SEC reports (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements).
• Review supporting schedules for financial statements and MD&A.
• Lead review process with legal, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Deep experience in SEC reporting (Regs S-X and S-K) for a public company.
• Experience with Workiva (required) and NetSuite (preferred).
