💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavior intervention plans as an RBT at Bloomwell Autism Therapy, helping children with autism in a supportive, teammate-centric environment. You'll collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to provide consistent clinical care and build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record patient progress data on an iPad
• Build rapport and therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review and update intervention plans

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, teaching, coaching)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly in response to patient needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field, Psychology preferred
• Prior experience as an RBT
• Experience as a Mental Health Technician or Pediatric Therapist
